3. Be Vocal

The worst think you can possibly do when you are having trouble with confidence and stress at work is to remain silent about it.

If you aren’t being vocal about the struggles that you are having, then your colleagues and superiors won’t know and they won’t be able to help you.

If they are unaware, chances are that you will be given more work than you can handle and the vicious cycle with continue.

Break the cycle by coming clean about your problems.

You will find people much more understanding than you anticipate.2
