You’re so interested in your show that you eat more than you would have than if you were focusing on your snack. Eat your snack at the kitchen table and your portions will likely shrink. I’m with all you lovers of white pasta, bread and rice. It’s yummy and more than that, it’s what most of us are used to. But it’s not the best choice. Brown versions of all of these products are far healthier and packed with good things like fiber and more vitamins and minerals. It’s hard to switch over but you can do it. If you’re really struggling, then try mixing the pasta and rice with half white and half brown while you’re adjusting.
