1. You Don’t Have a Support System
One of the most obvious signs you are not ready to be an entrepreneur is the fact that you don’t have a support system, made of friends, family, spouse or colleagues who are ready to support you in taking this leap. If you want to be successful, you need to have an established network of people who are willing to support you, so you won’t make poor decisions based only on personal reasons.
2. You Have a Paycheck Dependency
When you start up a business, you should know that you won’t make too much money right away, so before you decide to quit your job and become an entrepreneur, just see if you can go without a salary for six months. If you don’t have any money saved, then it’s best to wait a little longer before you decide to take this big step in your career.

3. You Have Professional ADD
If you can be best described as the type of person who has professional ADD, which means that you are easily bored and you get easily frustrated when you can’t reach your goals, then maybe entrepreneurship is not for you. 4. You Get Stage Fright
If you want to start your own business, you should be aware of the fact that you are the primary spokesperson for your company. 6. You Think Complexity is “Cool”
If you think that complexity is the answer to everything, then you might be wrong since sometimes, the simplest solutions are the most efficient and the most successful. Just like Nicole Fallon said, “As a business owner, you need the ability to distill concepts to their simplest forms so they can be easily communicated.”
7. You Are a Problem Passer
If you are usually a problem passer then it’s best to not become an entrepreneur just yet. As a business owner, you’ll have to make a lot of decisions. Some people, like your customers or your employees, might not agree with them, but you should still do what’s best for your business.
Being an entrepreneur is not that easy and there are quite a few qualities you have to possess in order to be successful. Do you know any other signs that someone is not ready to be an entrepreneur? Do tell!
