1. Be Thankful That You're Able to Provide
Being thankful is one of the best ways to be a happy breadwinner. You may get tired and stressed at times, but you're in a better situation than most people. Some parents and spouses work hard, yet they are unable to adequately provide for their families. Focus on this, and it'll keep a smile on your face.
2. Assigned Chores
If you’re working long hours each week, you probably don't have a lot of time to devote to household chores. Rather than overload yourself with extra responsibilities, give each member in your household specific tasks. Getting through the week will require teamwork. And with everyone's cooperation, you'll feel less pressure to stay on top of everything yourself.
