We have more flexibility in the workplace than ever before with technology allowing for more teleworkers, shorter hours, variable shift patterns and whatever, yet many working women do not have a healthy work / life balance. Women (and men) work too many hours and don’t have enough leisure time or vacation time. In October 2015, job site Glassdoor released a list of the 25 best jobs for work / life balance. The list was compiled from online reviews and rankings by employees for the year up to 30 September 2015 (there’s more detail at glassdoor.com ) Let’s see if your job is in the list.
